Our interview approach
We run a structured interview process, meaning that we have a set of questions designed for specific outcomes based on what the client wants to find out or discover about the candidate.
We have over 60 thematic areas on leadership, decision making, strategic thinking, org building and many others from where we set the interview questions based on areas of competencies that the client want to test on candidates -- competencies and skills that matter most to the organization and the role.
